Residence Index UK has been trading since 2020 and started by marketing new build apartment complexes for investment / rental and living. It is an exciting time for the business as we grow and extended our services to include management, lettings and sales in new areas.
While the UK office is relatively new, Residence Index has been trading since 2009 initially in Istanbul Turkey specialising in selling high end apartments and is Istanbul’s leading residential property specialist with an increasing international focus.
We have several years’ experience in the residential market and proud to have helped thousands of valued clients with the purchase and sale of residential properties, in addition to renting and managing their properties and investments every year.
We are a team of 5 in the UK with partnerships with leading providers to support our business. We are looking to continue growing with a focus on high quality service.

Director
James has joined the business as the UK General Manger to grow our international sales in 2019. We recognise that the UK is a key market in global real estate and James and his local team are working on developing new sales. James is a keen property investor himself and has previously been a strategy and transformation consultant working in the UK and Middle East.
Rojda A
Operations
Rojda brings years of experience in event and organisation management. She is responsible for sales ops, property management and generally ensures the efficient running of the administration of the business.

Digital Marketing
Jayleen is the Digital Marketing Manager at Residence Index UK, leading the company’s online strategies. She specializes in SEO, social media, and content marketing, ensuring strong brand visibility and audience engagement.

Graphics Design, IT
Niel, based out of the Philippines, is the Graphics Design and IT Manager at Residence Index UK. He combines creativity and tech expertise to enhance the brand's digital presence and user experience.
